Life: Hmm... at the risk of sounding too philosophical ... I've tried to make a tangible difference in the lives of others through the work I do. In this age of rising healthcare costs we are acitvely working to reduce waste and improve processes that ultimatley increases access and the overall healthcare experience for the community. As a business partner with the rest of the HR and hospital lead teams, my focus is on improving individual and organizational effectiveness as it relates to meeting our business strategies. It has been both challenging and very satisfying to have had a hand in making a difference in the lives of others and results of the buisiness.
